Collins Property Recruitment is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Negotiator to join one of our independent Estate Agency brands in Shepherd’s Bush and Hammersmith. Our client has built a strong reputation and market share in the local area. The ideal candidate can be at trainee level or have previous experience as a Sales Negotiator within estate agency.
Responsibilities as a Sales Negotiator:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct property viewings.
- Handle negotiations between buyers and sellers.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
- Manage the sales progression process.
Requirements as a Sales Negotiator:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and driven to hit monthly targets.
- Attention to detail and good organisational skills.
- A Full UK driving licence.
