Develop a strong team that would enable the achievement of organizational goals and objectives for Auto business in the countries responsible. Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales, marketing, and collection targets. Drive product specific targets through direct and dealership sales teams. Devise product specific Sales performance measurement index and present strategies on monthly basis. Develop monthly marketing plan for the for product range and review the performance on weekly basis to increase the pipeline and achievement of monthly targets. Drive the strategic financial instuition relationship and increase approval rate through timely interventions. Contribute to the development and refinement of the Auto businesss vision and strategy. Support the overall process of management and corporate decision-making to ensure the business maximizes its short, medium, and long-term business objectives. Lead the team to determine customer needs, solve business problems, develop marketing, sales and strategic business plans and be responsible for increasing orders volume and profitability. Drive financial rigor (Sales revenue, margin, base costs) and accountability to ensure business plans meet customer need and maximize the BU profitability. Lead development and management of partnerships, stakeholder relationships (public & private) and key accounts across the territory. Develop and sustain the organizations culture, value, and reputation in compliance to the company's Code of Conduct. Represent the company at relevant events and with key stakeholders. Own transport required. Experience with commercial vehicles. Experience working in a commercial vehicle dealership. Exprerience with pre-owned trucks.
