CMA Recruitment group is delighted to be working with a global business in their Basingstoke, Hampshire location managing intercompany transactions and being involved within a system implementation project on a Hybrid basis.
What will the finance assistant role involve?
- Prepare monthly journals and support month-end reporting processes.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and manage intercompany accounting in line with transfer pricing agreements.
- Collaborate with internal and external audit teams, supporting indirect and local tax reporting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders while ensuring adherence to group policies and financial controls.
- Support system implementations and process improvements.
Suitable Candidate for the finance assistant vacancy:
- Degree or experience in a finance role, with a focus on month-end close processes.
- Experience with finance systems (NetSuite experience is a plus), especially during implementation phases.
- Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Flexibility on hours, especially during busy month-end close.
