Customer Service Agent
We are seeking a motivated, Detail oriented individual to join our company as a customer
Service Agent. You will be required to attend to various customer support requests in a timeous and professional manner . Our ideal candidate has impeccable phone and Email manners. Strong communication and customer service Skills and keen attention to detail .The role operates during office hours Monday – Saturday and is based in Durban .
Duties and Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer enquiries
Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills
Communicating with customers through various channels i.e email – web chat - telephone
Being a Brand champion for the service
Qualification
Min qualification post grade 12 Diploma
Excellent phone etiquette and written and verbal communication skills.
Computer skills needed : MS office applications – CRM experience
Attention to detail and ability to resolve customer issues timeously
Highly proficient in English and at least one other language
Min 2-3 years customer service experience
