Duties & Responsibilities: - Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and specifications.
- Lead and mentor construction teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Co-ordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to optimize project resources and workflows.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards throughout the construction process.
- Champion safety practices on-site, conducting regular inspections and training to mitigate risks.
- Proactively address challenges that arise during construction, utilizing strong analytical skills to find effective solutions.
- Ensure all projects comply with local, national, and industry regulations and standards.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, schedules, and financial records.
Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager with at least 5 years in the field.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (Procore, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6 or comparable software)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- A proactive approach to safety and risk management on-site.
