Role: Conveyancing Secretary
Location: Hermanus, Overberg, Western Cape
Salary: Market Related
What You Bring: - A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail to manage all financial aspects of conveyancing transactions, including final accounts and payouts upon registration.
- Proficiency in LexisConvey and GhostPractice.
- Experience applying for Transfer Duty Receipts via the SARS eFiling system and obtaining Rates Clearance Certificates online from municipalities.
- Matric Certificate
- Own reliable transport and a valid driver's license.
