Finance Administrator – Wadeville, Germiston.
Are you immediately available and have a minimum of three years’ experience in an all-round finance administration position dealing with debtors, creditors, invoicing and general administration?
Our client based in Wadeville requires the skills of a driven individual who loves multi-tasking, confident to liaise with customers and give the best customer service.
Must be bilingual in English and Afrikaans.
Requirements:
- Matric, three years finance administration experience
- Own transport preferable
- Numerical Aptitude and good attention to detail
- Knowledge and understanding of Pastel process systems – Advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English, well versed in Afrikaans
- A Team Player with excellent customer service skills
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Dealing with clients’ queries and requirements – accounting related
- Assisting sales staff where needed
- Quotations and invoicing
- Customer account management – Debtors
- Debtors Age Analysis and Statements
- Phoning customers about overdue accounts
- Managing allocations and receipts
- Supplier Age Analysis and preparation of payment schedule
- Assisting with dispatch, stock control, stock forecasting, stock issuing
- Assisting all round with finance and administrative duties
- Any ad-hoc additional general administration duties required within the office
