For corporate and regional strategic accounts, accountable for driving support to customers to aid in exceeding micro targets:
- Tracking of weekly micro data
- Tracking closure and escalation on Diversey and site actions
- Deploying our sector specialists to areas where validations are required, and problem solving needed
- Drive updates in the weekly micro problem-solving sessions on behalf of Diversey
Customer governance meetings - Monthly dashboard overview on quality support (micro performance with key callouts on Diversey actions and where support is needed).
For corporate and regional strategic accounts, where micro results are above target, accountable for maintaining this performance through the above actions in collaboration with our sector specialists.
Regular travel will be required.
