My client, a well-established property management specialist based in Blackheath, is looking for a Senior Portfolio Manager to join their team. The duties include pro-active property management, administration of property requirements, customer care, and service.
Responsibilities:
- Pro-active property management.
- Administer property requirements.
- Provide customer care and service.
- Compile residential or commercial body corporate budgets.
- Prepare and issue minutes of meetings attended.
- Chair meetings.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in property and portfolio management.
- Sound knowledge of the STSM Act and the CSOS Act.
- Excellent communication skills, able to communicate at all levels.
- Basic accounting skills.
- Own car is essential - not negotiable.
- Availability for some evening meetings.
