I am currently working with a well-established Housing Association in the South West region looking to onboard an
Income Officer on a permanent basis.
To be successful in the Income Officer role you'll need:- Experience in Income management and debt recovery/collection
- Knowledge and experience of either social housing, home ownership or the private rented sector
- A working knowledge of welfare benefits
- Effective decision making skills, a confidential approach and the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
Benefits of this Income Office role: - Permanent contract
- Salary between 30,000- 35,000
- Flexible and hybrid working pattern
