Job Purpose:
- To manage the financial accounting function and provide support which inform sound strategic decision making required to optimize the performance and achieve the goals of the company.
Key performance areas: Duties include but not limited to.
Financial Planning:
- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and best practices.
Financial Reporting:
- Prepare comprehensive financial and management reports. Report to the head office on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
Cashflow Management:
- Compile company cashflow.
Audits:
- Manage internal and external audits.
Financial Record Management:
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial records, transactions and documentation.
Requirements:
- SAICA, CIMA, SAIPA or other relevant professional certification.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in financial management.
- Excellent analytical communication and leadership skills.
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and Excel.
