Your Mission
You will start by developing a fundamental understanding of the craftsman market in France through research and interactions with key stakeholders in the industry
Under the guidance of experienced sales professionals, you will learn how to identify potential customers and generate inbound leads for our software solution, HERO
You will assist in conducting online product demonstrations and gain hands-on experience with customer presentations, learning how to showcase HERO’s value to prospective clients
Throughout the program, you will learn to manage initial go-to-market activities, with support from our marketing, sales, communication, and product departments
As you gain confidence, you’ll be given opportunities to take on more responsibility in closing deals, supporting customer onboarding, and gathering feedback to help refine our product-market fit
By collaborating closely with marketing, product, sales, and service departments, you’ll become familiar with the full sales process, setting a solid foundation for your career in international sales
Your Superpowers
You have recently completed a degree in sales, business, economics, marketing or a related field, and you’re excited to start your career in sales
You have gained some initial experience in a sales or business development role (through internships, part-time jobs, or student projects)
You have a strong interest in learning about sales processes, customer engagement, international business and entering a market
You are fluent in English and bring native language skills in French to the table - both written and spoke
You’re an excellent communicator and feel comfortable interacting with customers via email, phone, and video conferences
You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are eager to contribute ideas and take initiative within the team
You are excited to collaborate with marketing and product teams to better understand how to position our product and communicate its value to potential clients
You are motivated by the opportunity to grow your skills and develop your career in a supportive environment
