The Role:
Were on the lookout for a driven and ambitious Sales Executive to fuel our growth. Youll be the face of Talenscio, generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals in the UK and North American markets. Engaging senior HR decision-makers, youll pinpoint their pain points and offer tailored solutions powered by our cutting-edge platform.
Youll spearhead new business outreach through calls, emails, meetings, events, and social selling, working hands-on to build a robust pipeline. We need someone with hustle, a proactive mindset, and a proven background in HR tech and SaaS sales.
What Youll Do:
- Lead Generation & Sales Development: Hunt for new business opportunities in HR and recruitment.
- Relationship Building: Connect with key HR decision-makers and talent leaders.
- Consultative Selling: Lead discovery calls, present solutions, and close deals.
- Pipeline Management: Own the sales process, ensuring a smooth handover to the client onboarding team.
- Collaborate with Marketing & Product: Partner with our marketing team to align messaging and drive inbound leads.
What Were Looking For:
- Proven SaaS Sales Experience: A track record of winning new business, ideally in HR tech.
- HR Tech Savvy: Deep understanding of HR and recruitment challenges.
- Sales Skills & Commercial Acumen: You know how to build trust and close deals.
- CRM Pro: Comfortable using sales enablement tools and systems.
- US Market Knowledge: Desirable but not essential.
