Job Title: Coupa/SAP Supply Chain Business Analyst

JOB CONTEXT:
We're seeking a Procurement and Supply Chain Business Analyst to support the Africa-wide rollout of an integrated Coupa and SAP S/4 Hana Procure-to-Pay solution, leading specific processes and countries through the full implementation lifecycle.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: - Requirements gathering and blueprinting.
- Map Business Processes to Coupa and/or SAP.
- Conduct Blueprint / Design workshops for multiple processes.
- Configure scenarios in relevant Coupa and SAP modules.
- Write Business Requirements & Change Request documents.
- Request Supplier financial data, analyse reports and engage with relevant purchaser and or sourcing manager as well as supplier’s key finance representatives
- Present findings and make recommendations
- Develop and implement mitigation strategies in collaboration with responsible
- Supporting data migration and cutover activities.
- Acting as Procurement SME by providing source-to-pay expertise to the business to ensure that the implemented processes are fit for purpose.
- Identifies and solves problems using analysis, experience, and judgment.
- Performs analysis and effective diagnosis of clients’ issues.
- Selects the most relevant tools/techniques to meet specific client requirements.
- Develops solutions to problems through application of personal experience and methods and tools; validates solutions to subject matter experts.
- Drive process improvement initiatives and contribute to the development and delivery of internal and external training programs.
- Provide training to business super users and end users.
- Support post go live embedment in the business, through problem resolution and ongoing guidance.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
1.
Years of Experience: - Minimum of 5 Years of relevant work experience in complex supply chain, procument, Coupa and SAP delivery, with experience of at least 2 project life cycle.

- Good Excel skills for advanced data modelling and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong ability to analyse complex data sets, draw insightful conclusions, and present them clearly to executive-level stakeholders.
- Communication & Leadership: Confident, with excellent communication skills and the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels.
- Confident and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to take initiative and lead where required.
Mandatory Skills: - Include minimum years of experience required per skill.
- Understanding of procurement business processes.
