Our client is looking for an experienced Paid Search Specialist to join their firm.
Job Requirements - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent qualification) in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in paid search marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful PPC campaigns.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid search platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality assurance.
Job Duties
- Develop and implement effective paid search strategies to achieve business objectives, including increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and maximising ROI.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to optimise campaign performance and identify new expansion opportunities.
- Create and manage paid search campaigns on multiple platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Instagram, and Facebook..
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- A/B test ad copy, landing pages, and other elements to optimise conversion rates and improve overall campaign effectiveness.
- Manage budgets, bids, and ad spend allocation to ensure optimal performance and efficient use of resources.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and algorithm updates to maintain a competitive edge in the paid search landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and development, to align paid search efforts with overall business goals and objectives
- Experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus, but not required.
