Hire Resolve is looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join a leading construction company in Wellington, Western Cape.
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will:
- Manage project costs and contracts to keep projects within budget and up to quality standards.
- Prepare and review tender documents and contracts.
- Analyze costs and create budgets.
- Handle project costs, payments, and financial forecasts.
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Monitor expenses and manage financial risks.
- Ensure compliance with construction regulations and contract terms.
- Work with project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction.
- Knowledge of SABS 1200 standards.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
