Is administration and record keeping your speciality? A leading organisation is looking for a skilled Marketing Administrator to join their team. The main purpose of therole is to be responsible for administrative functions including record keeping, document control and switchboard management.
Your key responsibilities will include, but is not limited to:
System Management.
Ensuring that access to confidential data is restricted (access control). Must ensure that all systems are maintained (SharePoint, AX etc). Ensuring that all relevant information is loaded on systems as and available when needed. Updates all relevant documentation and follow up on the workflow in the system.
Administrative.
Management and administration of some departmental purchases and payments Processing of leave Boardroom management (bookings and preparation).
Reception Management
Directly responsible for managing the switchboard administration for incoming and external calls. General reception duties. SHERQ compliance. Monthly Marketing admin monitoring: managing of purchase orders, payment of suppliers alongside finance team and recons, and reporting of information to Manager: brand & marketing.
Educational requirements:
Certificate/Diploma in Administration Grade 12 or equivalent
