Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and organized Funded Project Administrator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the execution and coordination of funded projects, ensuring efficient documentation tracking, reporting, and compliance. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.

The role of a FPA:
- Coordinating project activities
- Tracking documentation and reporting
- Ensuring adherence to guidelines
- Working closely with project teams
- Maintaining and submitting comprehensive documentation

Duties and responsibilities will include the following but not limited too:
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with project teams to facilitate smooth execution.
- Track project timelines, goals, and deliverables.
- Assist in the documentation correction of project plans and objectives.
- Compliance: Stay informed about grant requirements and compliance regulations.
- Ensure all project activities align with funding guidelines. E.g. Replacements etc.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to meet reporting deadlines.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Generate reports detailing project progress and outcomes.
- Compile and submit information for audits and evaluations.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between project teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Communicate project updates and key milestones effectively.
- Continuous follow-up and tracking of funded projects and changes
- Notify both all required internal stakeholders of any pertinent issues
- Accurate capturing and submitting of documentation on relevant platforms
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Ensure that stakeholders are informed timeously of client/student concerns
- Meat deadlines
- Perform other clerical duties such as and when required.

Experience, Qualifications and Competencies:
Qualifications:
- Grade 12
- Administration qualification preferred but not required.
- 1 -2 years proven experience in project administration, preferably in a funded project environment.

- Hands-on experience with office equipment
