Job Title: Benefits and Rewards Manager – Mining Executive
Location: Gauteng, South Africa
Hire Resolve are seeking a highly experienced Benefits and Rewards Manager in the mining industry to join our team in Gauteng. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing employee benefits and rewards programs, and will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive benefits strategy for our organization.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement a competitive benefits and rewards strategy that aligns with the company’s overall goals and values
– Manage all aspects of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks
– Work closely with HR and finance teams to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to benefits and rewards
– Analyze market trends and benchmarking data to ensure that our benefits packages remain competitive and attractive to current and prospective employees
– Monitor and measure the effectiveness of benefits programs through regular feedback and analysis, and make recommendations for improvements as needed
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
– 10+ years of experience in benefits and rewards management, preferably in the mining industry
– Member of the South African Rewards Association
– Strong knowledge of South African labor laws and regulations related to benefits programs
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and external partners
– Ability to work independently and make sound decisions based on data and analysis
