Responsibilities
: 3 x Regional Sales Managers and 12 x indirect reports,
Driven by results, committed to meeting deadlines, ambitious and dedicated, taking on full responsibility and ownership of the position,
Effective interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) and the proven ability to communicate effectively with subordinates, colleagues, and superiors, inter and intra departmentally within the organization and externally with customers and suppliers at all levels within their organisations,
Ability to think analytically, conceptually, and systematically to resolve problems,
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy of reporting,
Strong analytical skills and ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions,
Ability to identify areas of weakness and implement necessary controls to continually strive for improvement,
Be able to effectively prioritise,
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook,
Resolve conflicts and negotiates win-win solutions,
Elicits diverse points of view and acknowledges others’ viewpoints and contributions,
Acts with integrity – honors commitments and behaves consistently,
Ability to contain confidential information as shared in any management meetings,
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree
5 years’ Senior Sales Management experience
