Used Vehicle Sales Manager
We have a vacancy for a Used Vehicle Sales Manager with a large, fast-selling branded dealership in West Coast
Duties and responsibilities: Manage the Used car department and a team of people, Average sales units of xx per month, recruit, hire, train, and oversee a team of salespeople, set sales goals, track progress, and lead the team to achieve and exceed targets, coach salespeople on best practices for closing more vehicle deals and provide advice and guidance to improve sales performance, forecast sales for upcoming months and quarters, coordinate and lead all regular sales meetings with the sales staff, develop and manage a CRM platform to retain customers and seek out new prospective sales through marketing and promotions, maintain a strong focus on the satisfaction of all customers, compile regular reports for dealership management to review
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years sales experience with Vehicle Sales Experience in sales within fast selling brands or premium brands Proven sales track record with ability to reach sales targets monthly Good communication skills, good negotiation skills, and drive to succeed Valid SA Driver’s license and Clear criminal record, Grade 12 or equivalent
