Job Title: Team Leader
Salary: 27,227.20 - 29,515.20 per annum (depending on qualifications)
Hours: 40 hours per week
Annual Leave: 6.6 weeks

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to join our inclusive care team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading a team to provide high-quality care and support, ensuring all individuals are treated with respect and their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, supervise, and support your team to deliver person-centered care.
Ensure all staff adhere to care plans and maintain a high standard of care.
Monitor and assess the performance of the team, providing guidance and training where necessary.
Promote inclusion and equality within the service, ensuring everyone is treated with dignity.
Liaise with families, external agencies, and other professionals to ensure effective care coordination.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience in a leadership role within the care sector.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
A commitment to promoting inclusion and ensuring equal opportunities for all.
Relevant qualifications in care or management (preferred but not essential).
