Our client is a well established business based in Ashford, seeking an experienced customer service exec to join their busy team on a FTC basis.
Description
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and social media
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analysing customer needs
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
Profile
The successful candidate:
- Immediately available and able to commit to a 6 month FTC
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

- A competitive salary in the range of 25,200 - 29000 per annum
