We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Account Manager (Client Business Manager) to join our Business Development team.
Key Responsibilities: - Contract Management: Ensure that all contractual commitments are met and that the scope of services is delivered as agreed
- Strategic & Financial Planning: Develop and implement strategic business plans that align with client goals and industry trends
- Management Information: Analyse client expenditure, travel patterns, and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Project Management: Identify opportunities for process improvement and technology solutions and manage related projects
- Communication Management: Coordinate all client communications, maintaining strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients
Qualifications and Experience: - Education: Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in customer relations within the travel and tourism industry, ideally from a travel consulting background.
- MUST HAVE: OIL & GAS EXPERIENCE
- At least 1 year of account management experience.
