Responsibilities:
- Manage and drive the KPIs relating to accuracy, speed, cost, people, and compliance within the hub.
- Coordinate and manage all daily hub activities and control expenses within budgets.
- Ensure customer collections and deliveries are executed within the SLA.
- Manage and plan the day-to-day operations of your department.
- Manage stock control processes and losses.
- Budget and cost control.
- Identify and report on key metrics.
- Build internal and external business partner relationships.
- Maintain and ensure compliance with Best Operating Practices (BOP) and 6S in your department.
- People management across the full employee journey.
- Workforce planning.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A post-matric qualification in Logistics Management/Supply Chain Management/Retail Business Management/Warehouse Operations Management is essential.
- At least 3-5 years of solid process management experience.
- Experience in working on a Warehouse Management System (experience on Manhattan WMS would be advantageous).
- Working knowledge of MS Office, with a strong MS Excel capability.
- Business acumen and experience in analysing, interpreting, and applying productivity data.
