REQUIREMENTS - Matric, or similar
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle ESSENTIAL
- Computer literate in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Minimum 2 years creative and social media advertising experience preferred
DUTIES - Answer all incoming calls and transfer to the relevant person
- Welcoming visitors
- Maintaining and updating client information on the CRM system
- Generate leads through the internet, catalogues and other
- Communicate with recruitment agency with regards to vacant positions
- Monitor daily attendance
- Share adverts on social media platforms
- Coordinating website updates and changes
- Order office consumables and stationery
- Advise on any office maintenance required
- Assist with planning and organizing team-building events
Salary: Negotiable dependent on experience
