Job Description: Recruitment and Staffing:
- Draft and post job advertisements on various platforms.
- Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews.
- Conduct background checks and reference checks and verify candidate credentials.
- Issue offer letters, employment contracts, and other necessary documentation.
- Assist in the onboarding process, including orientation and introduction to company policies.
Employee Relations:
- Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and employment conditions.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and provide advice on disciplinary matters.
- Assist in investigations of employee complaints and grievances.
- Support the HR Manager in handling workplace disputes and promoting positive employee relations.
- Organise employee engagement initiatives.
Performance Management:
- Provide managers with guidance on addressing employee performance issues.
- Monitor employee progress through performance improvement plans (PIPs).
Training and Development:
- Identify skills gaps and assist in planning employee development programs.
- Coordinate internal and external training sessions.
- Maintain training records and certifications.
- Coordinate mentorship programme.
HR Compliance and Policies:
- Ensure adherence to labour laws and company HR policies.
- Keep up-to-date with employment law changes and update policies as needed.
- Assist in drafting and revising HR policies and procedures.
Employee Data Management:
- Generate HR reports on turnover, absenteeism, and other HR metrics.
- Prepare documentation for audits and legal compliance.
- Provide HR data analysis and insights to management for decision-making.
General Administrative Duties:
- Prepare HR-related correspondence, including memos and internal announcements.
- Assist in organising employee files, HR records, and legal documentation.
- Organise and schedule HR meetings and interviews.
- Provide administrative support to HR projects and initiatives.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Postgraduate experience would be an advantage in the following areas:
- Psychometric testing and analysis.
