Role Description:
We are looking for an experienced Security Engineer in CCTV, Intruder Alarms and Fire Detection to join our fast-growing and ambitious company in a role that entails the installation, servicing, and maintenance of security solutions.
Working out of the company base in Oxfordshire, the role involves working in the south and midlands areas with nationwide travel as and when required.
- Installation and decommissioning of security systems.
- Pre-planned service, and reactive maintenance visits.
- Configuring Video Analytics.
- Working from CAD drawings and site plans.
- Ability to manage and coordinate projects from start to completion.
- Communicating with the NSI Gold monitoring station.
- Customer training & demonstrations.
Qualities:- Minimum of 3 years CCTV engineering experience.
- Working knowledge of industry standards with knowledge of IP technology with a logical approach to troubleshooting.
- Previous experience working in a customer facing environment with the ability to manage both internal & external stakeholders at all levels.
- Positive, initiative-taking and enjoys working as part of a team to project deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.
- Valid ECS / CSCS card.
- Full and clean driving license (up to 3 points accepted).
Position Type: Full Time- £32,000 - £35,000 depending on experience is available to the right candidate, and a company vehicle, laptop, mobile, etc. is also supplied as standard.
