Key Responsibilities:
As the HR Supervisor/Training Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the people strategy of our clients organisation. Your main duties will include:
- Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies, training programmes and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
- Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
- Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems and provide coaching and support to managers and employees.
- Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
- Compliance and Policies: Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations and maintain up-to-date HR policies and procedures.
- Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive and aligned with market standards.
- HR Metrics and Reporting: Analyse HR data and metrics to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven HR Experience: Extensive experience in HR, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.

- Knowledge of Labour Laws: In-depth knowledge of labour laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
