About the Role:
As a Managed Services Contract Associate, you'll ensure the accurate production of client contracts, place orders with suppliers, and manage invoicing schedules for multiple clients. You will collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and clients to maintain strong relationships and resolve contract or invoice issues. Your role involves driving operational improvements and contributing to a high-performing team.

Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in contract administration, client management, vendor management, reseller management, or a related role
- Strong understanding of contract management, including renewals, cancellations, and sales practices (new and renewal sales)
- Experience in stakeholder management, building relationships with internal business units, vendors, and suppliers
- Proficient in using CRM systems, ERP solutions, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools
- Experience in order processing, managing supplier relationships, validating quotes, and ensuring compliance with customer requests
- Skilled in quality control and compliance checks for contract requests, contract modifications, cancellations, and renewals
Role & Responsibilities:
- Quality Control (compliance checking) for all contract requests received.
- Placement of third-party orders on various suppliers
- Creation of standard templated contract documents for the various managed services sold.
- Create and confirm client invoicing schedules
- Ensure all work is completed timeously and in line with agreed Service Levels (SLAs)
- Act as a point of escalation where necessary to resolve queries.
- Build a solid relationship with our internal and external customers.
