West Rand based restaurant is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead a new restaurant operation in this unique environment.

Duties:

Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
Manage staff effectively, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
Maintain inventory and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Supervise kitchen operations, including food meal and menu preparation

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years experience in the restaurant industry
Previous staff management experience within the industry
Proficiency in restaurant management software and computer applications.
Must reside on the West Rand, due to operational hours
