The Financial Manager takes ownership of the finances within the company by managing the daily operating finance functions and working across the different departments.
The successful candidate will mainly be responsible for the following:
Duties: - Financial management.
- Cash flow management.
- Financial analysis and reporting.
- Statutory compliance and reporting.
- Business financial performance management.
- Human capital management and development.
- Strong leadership and management skills to lead his/her team with knowledge, self-confidence, passion, and drive.
- Detail-oriented and conscientious.
- Strong sense of responsibility, entrepreneurial mindset, tough-minded, resilient, and adaptable.
- Systems thinking, critical thinking, and analytical skills are crucial for this position.
Job Experience & Skills Required: - Completed Degree (CA(SA) or CIMA qualification would be beneficial).
- Minimum 10 years' experience within an Accounting and Financial Manager role.
- Syspro or MS Dynamics experience is essential.
- Experience within Manufacturing or FMCG industry is essential.
- Based: Whiteriver, Mpumalanga.
