Our client, who is a global leader in irrigation solutions for sustainable agriculture, is seeking to hire a Telesales/Customer Services Support consultant.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Customer service: processing orders, handling all correspondence, selling products/services, processing goods returned, handling customer queries, etc.
- General assistance: counting stock, assisting in the warehouse, etc.
Education and Experience
- Grade 12
- Computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel)
- Excellent communication skills (Afrikaans and English)
- Excellent telephonic skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- SAP working knowledge
- 3+ years experience in marketing/sales/customer service environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience with irrigation products
- Good mathematical/numeracy skills
- Practical attitude
