Manage and maintain the asset register with extensive knowledge and experience.
Oversee the financial aspects of operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Utilize advanced Excel skills to manage and analyze financial data.
Work with SAGE 300 to ensure effective financial management and reporting.
Collaborate with the operational teams to provide financial support and ensure alignment with financial objectives.
Lead and mentor two direct reports, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
(Bonus) Manage wage-related processes and support HR/payroll where needed.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar Financial Manager role, preferably in a services environment.
Strong operational experience with a focus on process improvement and financial efficiency.
Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to manage and manipulate large datasets.
Extensive experience with SAGE 300 (required).
In-depth knowledge of managing and maintaining asset registers.
Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a small team.
