We are looking for a highly skilled and organized ERP Implementation Project Facilitator/Administrator to oversee all aspects of our ERP implementation projects.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in gathering project requirements, creating detailed proposals, and ensuring the smooth execution of ERP implementations. This role requires a strong blend of project management skills, technical knowledge, and client communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather detailed requirements for ERP implementations, understanding their business processes and needs.
- Proposal Development: Create comprehensive project proposals, including scope, timelines, resources, and cost estimates, tailored to each client's specific requirements.
- Project Planning: Develop and maintain project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and dependencies for successful ERP implementations.
- Team Coordination: Act as a liaison between the client and internal development teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project.
- Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources, including developers, consultants, and other personnel, to meet project objectives.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure that the ERP implementation meets or exceeds client expectations.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong client relationships, providing regular project updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and address project issues and roadblocks promptly to keep the project on track.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and change requests.
- Training: Provide training and support to clients and end-users during and after the ERP implementation.
- Odoo ERP knowledge (advantage)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management and ERP implementation.
- Strong understanding of ERP and its modules.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP software solutions and business processes is advantageous.
