- Develop and execute a strategic business plan to achieve economic targets
- Identify, qualify and pursue opportunities for business growth and continuously increasing operational profitability
- International partner relationship management on top management level
- Strategic development of network, close cooperation with regions and BUs (e.g. BU Airlines)
- Implement and innovate on network, products and tracking solutions
- Develop and run effective network and product organization including a worldwide tracking set-up
- Plan, monitor and report on respective budget
- Lead and mentor a team of professional (both functional and disciplinary leadership)
- Collaborate with regional and global management to ensure alignment and synergy across the organization
- Bachelor & 10 years or Master & 7 years work exp.
- Thereof at least 3 years funct. leadership exp. & ideally at least 5 years in respect. bus. field
- Collaborative & inclusive leadership style, focus on empowering team
- Strong commercial acumen, bus. dev. skills, understanding of markets & customer needs
- Excellent verbal & written comm. skills
- English, additional language is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong intercultural skills
- Comfortable with bus. travel (also on short notice)
