The Client
My client is a leading multi-faceted supplier to the estate agency sector, and theyre looking for a Property Assistant / Customer Advisor for their Auctions team.
This role is office-based in Southeast Oxfordshire.
Responsibilities
- Assisting the Auctions team with the handling of their properties
- Listing properties on Rightmove
- Filling out sale/reservation fee forms
- Servicing and updating customers on any of their enquiries
- Once a sale is agreed, youd hand the case file over to the Sales Progressors
- You may need to assist the Sales Progressors every now and then
- Handling any incoming calls when the team is busy
Package
- £25,000 to £28,000
- Mon Fri
- 20 days + bank holidays
- Free parking

- Friday drinks in the office
