- Provide full assistance to any customer queries
- Keep up to date with daily, weekly, and monthly administration
- Serve as an information clerk for telephonic queries
- Assist with weekly stock checks
- Ability to work under pressure
- Maintain a friendly, motivated, and calm demeanor
Qualifications and Experience:
- Matric or equivalent
- Ability to balance daily banking
- 1 - 2 years’ experience in cash management
- Excellent customer communication skills
- Computer literate
