Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Analyst to join our team. The HR Analyst will support the HR department by collecting and analyzing data, managing HR metrics, and providing insights to enhance our HR practices and drive organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends and insights.
- Develop and maintain HR metrics dashboards to track performance and support decision-making.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.
- Conduct workforce analysis to identify staffing needs and organizational changes.
- Support recruitment efforts by analyzing applicant data and recruitment metrics.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies by analyzing HR processes.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on HR performance and initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather information and provide HR-related support.
- Support employee engagement initiatives by analyzing survey results and providing recommendations.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Years of experience in HR analytics or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, HRIS).
- Familiarity with HR metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is a plus.
