The Buying Call Centre Agent is responsible for making a minimum of 100 calls a day and saving a minimum of 75 deals per month. The ideal candidate will be driven and motivated, excel in communication and negotiation, deliver exceptional customer service, manage their time effectively, and exhibit a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make 100 calls daily to follow up on expired leads
- Assign leads to buyers as requested
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system
- Save a minimum of 75 deals per month
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly
- Collaborate with buyers and other management to ensure efficient lead management
- Analyse leads to prioritise follow-ups and optimise deal closures

Qualifications and Experience:
- Grade 12
- Previous preferably outbound call centre experience
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service

- Monday to Friday: Shifts 08:00 - 17:00, 09:00 – 18:00
- Weekends: Every second Saturday and one Sunday a month, for 5 hours from 10:00 – 14:00
