Develop and nurture relationships with both IT and business executives at the appropriate functional and operational levels to reinforce and sustain strategic partnerships with customers.

Proactively manage the ongoing pipeline and status of all functional deliverables according to customer commitments and expectations, including standard products, Day-2 deliverables, bespoke development, consulting, and other services.

Obtain committed delivery timescales internally, communicate them to customers, ensure adherence to the plan, and follow up on delivery dates.

Create, manage, and keep updated a dashboard per customer to provide accurate status of all deliverables, including risks and issues.

Provide regular executive summaries covering the risks and issues that need management attention.

Contribute to the invoicing process of delivered product implementations and bespoke developments.

Act as the prime point of escalation for all ongoing functional issues (e.g., CRs and Work Orders in delivery) through the extended account team and meetings with line management.

For small accounts, act as the functional entry point to provide specialist knowledge and expertise on Amadeus products and solutions.

Ensure that the delivered solution or service to the customer corresponds to what has been defined in the contract and that the customer understands its full capability.

Has a deep understanding of the airline business and strong knowledge of our products to effectively explain how Amadeus solutions can meet business needs.
