Deal Roadshow Event Coordinator - JP Morgan - London - 6 months contract - Hybrid - PAYE
We are seeking a Deal Roadshow Event Coordinator to join JP Morgan in London on an initial 6 months contract. Ideally you will have previous Deal Roadshow experience, but we will consider non-deal experience too, having worked within the banking industry as we are seeking someone who can hit the ground running.
This position requires someone with 3-5 years' experience working on Deal Roadshows (IPO, Rights Issues, High-Yield Bond, Pilot Fishing, PDIE and M&A Roadshows in the EMEA/CEEMEA region) with excellent attention to detail and accuracy who possesses a proactive and positive attitude and presents a professional demeanor at all times. It is very important that this person be articulate and comfortable dealing with clients in a professional manner over the phone, virtually, email and in-person.
Highlight of Responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Coordinate marketing road shows - Full marketing and execution of equity and debt related deals
- Work with Equity and Debt Capital Markets, Syndicate, and Banking teams in launching and execution of deals
- Communicate with sales to confirm client meetings
- Liaise with joint book runners on meeting slots and logistics
- Coordinate logistics for physical and virtual roadshows:, cars, hotels, flights (commercial and private jet) trains.
- Work with the CEO/CFO assistants and/or Investor Relations on road show coordination for the client.
- Set up internal and external group functions, staff registration, etc.
- Liaise with external vendors and suppliers
- Send daily schedule updates to the client and internal groups
- Budget and Expense reconciliation
Core Responsibilities:
Planning and execution of all aspects of deal roadshow activity for EMEA: client liaison and travel management (flights, hotels, cars); one-on-one meeting scheduling; group meeting venue booking and all related logistical elements - audio visual, catering; client registration; prospectus/presentation distribution; financial reconciliation.

Technical Skills:
- Experience of managing schedules using a web-based scheduling/event management tool preferred
- Zoom set up for virtual meetings
*Please note JP Morgan are working on a hybrid model of 3 days in office and 2 days from home per week. When working from home you will need your own Laptop/PC as these are not provided.*
