You will be required to be the host/ hostess, providing exceptional customer service and upholding Telkom customer service standards. Main Responsibilities: Front of store hosting, welcoming customers to the store Provide the best customer service possible as per Telkoms policies and procedures Engage with customers to determine the reason for visiting the store Conduct a customer needs analysis while they wait to enter the store Advise customers on the documentation needed to apply for a contract (consumer and business customers) Inform customers to complete the relevant customer register Sanitize hands of all customers Sanitize key touch points Control number of customers in the store and manage the queue effectively outside the door Ensuring customers are spaced as per tape markings on the floor (one customer per available sales agent) Help show customers how to adhere to social distance rules before entering the store Job categories are as follows: Retail sales agents in our Telkom stores.
