Job Description:
As a System Support Analyst, you will provide advanced development solutions by defining, designing, and estimating technical work while ensuring systems perform to agreed service levels. You will troubleshoot technical issues, collaborate with business intelligence vendors to enhance supply chain systems and document technical procedures while maintaining communication about the system status.
Skills & Experience:
Minimum of 2 years SQL database management experience
At least 3 years of experience in the retail industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts into business terms
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any relevant degree
