Key Performance Areas for the position will include the following:

The role will focus on increasing the sales & profitability of Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) for the company by:

Managing the BESS product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
Responsible for providing the sales team with the necessary technical expertise to enable them to sell the product.
Effectively manage a sales and promotional resources to achieve targeted sales of within an agreed period.
Act as point of first reference for all product related enquiries and work collaboratively with colleagues in Product Development & Technical to address any issues that may arise.
Specifying market requirements for current product by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.
Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.
Analyzing potential partner relationships for the product.
In collaboration with Marketing, responsible for the development advertising, promotion and sales aids in accordance with the BESS promotional plan.
Responsible for preparing product forecasts, and constantly monitoring market for tenders, enquiries and other sales opportunities.
Prepare and present BESS internal reports to the relevant executives, sales personnel and other departments, on a regular basis.
Attend and participate in product development meetings in order to continue adding more value based on market trends.
Develop key opinion leader support for the BESS project

The minimum requirements for this position are:

Relevant tertiary degree or work experiences a strong plus.
Not less than 3 years relevant sales and business development experience.
Knowledgeable in BESS industry.
