We are looking for an experienced Manager to help to grow and develop an already great team of processors so that they have the skills and confidence to support our customers and ensure a smooth payout process.
CarLoans UK are a motor finance broker, who are leading the motor finance industry - by being the top car finance broker in the UK to offer fair, honest advice to all consumers.
Our mission is to help dealers and consumers by constructing a panel of lending specialists and customer service experts dedicated to delivering the best possible experience.
Payout Manager responsibilities:
Lead the department that liaise with finance providers and dealers to ensure a fast turnaround on applications
Managing your own time and your teams workload, offering 1-2-1 coaching and development
Ensure that the team meet all key touchpoints with customers and provide a high level of customer service
Working to targets in a fast paced environment, Achieve personal and team weekly and monthly targets defined by the requirements of the business
Prevent and minimise the risk of fraud and financial loss to Car Loans UK
Adhere to anti-money laundering laws and FCA legislation
Manage the Payouts inbox, observing any potential snags and relaying instructions to the team
Skills & Experience Required:
The ability to work under pressure at times and prioritise workload
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Be an inspiring, target driven leader
Experience of delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation, including executive and C-level
Proven work experience (minimum of 2 years) in managing teams of Payout / Processors in a financial organisation.
