Qualifications and Requirements: Minimum Experience: 1 year in a front desk position or practical training as part of a hospitality/tourism-related qualification. Education: Tertiary education level, preferably hospitality related. Skills: Strong linguistic and interpersonal skills with a positive and energetic attitude. Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail. Competent in multitasking and problem-solving. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and any property management system.
