Financial Manager to join their team in Midrand. This pivotal role will require a strategic thinker with a strong financial background and the ability to operate effectively at a board level. The ideal candidate will have a completed BCom degree, coupled with either SAICA or SAIPA articles, and a minimum of five years of post-article experience.
Duties: - Manage all aspects of the finance department, ensuring the integrity of financial information and adherence to reporting standards.
- Be willing to tackle challenges directly and efficiently, ensuring a practical approach to financial management.
- Engage at an operational level, actively participating in daily financial tasks and decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with inventory management teams to implement effective financial controls that minimize losses and manage risks.
- Conduct regular financial forecasts to project revenue, expenses, and cash flow, adjusting plans based on departmental performance and market trends.
Job Experience & Skills Required: Qualifications: - BCom Accounting degree.
- SAICA/SAIPA articles.
