Project Manager / Contracts/ Business Manager – Civil Construction (George)
Minimum Requirements:
• National Diploma/BTech in Civil Engineering
• B.Com Business Management (Advantageous)
• Valid Code B Driving License
• Computer Literacy: MS Office Suite
• 5 - 8 Years relevant experience
Experience and Competencies:
• Planning and Organising
• Problem Solving
• Team leadership
• Task Management – knowledge of construction drawings and implementation thereof
• Health and Safety Management
• Previous experience in Tender process procedures in construction
• Site experience in Civil Engineering Construction
• Attending Site meetings and ensure client specifications are met
• Quotations and invoicing once work are complete
• Quality control
• Construction experience: Concrete, Roads, Buildings, Stormwater, Water and Sewer (not limited)
• Sound mathematical skills
• Strong administration and business management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills
• Project programming and general project administration experience
