Location: Stellenbosch, Western Cape
Requirements:
- Hospitality Qualification
- Proven track record with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Must be fluent in Afrikaans (non-negotiable)
- Must have a valid driver's license and own reliable transport
- Wine knowledge will be advantageous
- Must be flexible to work additional hours as required in the Hospitality industry
Responsibilities includes but not limited:
- Manage all day-to-day operations of the Brand Home (and future hospitality facilities).
- Manage all Brand Home staff, FOH & BOH (and future hospitality facilities staff).
- Training and Development of Brand Home staff.
- Policies and Procedures relating to the Brand Home.
- Ensure high standards of service delivery.
- Maintain and grow destination image in line with the company brand.
- Improve the quality of the existing Brand Home experience.
- Use your initiative to drive and develop customer experiences.
- Improve the quality-of-service excellence of current Brand Home staff.
- Develop tasting and hospitality offerings.
- Develop function packages for all hospitality areas.
- Project Management on all hospitality facility make-overs.
- Support National and International Sales and Marketing Strategies.
- Stock Management and Control.
- Health and Safety and excellent housekeeping.
- Customer Liaison, manage all customer queries, reviews, and complaints with regards to Brand Home.
- Manage, plan, and execute all onsite events i.e.: Vintage Day, Cap Classique Affair, Fizz Days, etc.
- Administrative duties linked to the role. (cash ups, time and attendance, invoicing etc.)
